Our mission at the Soulanges Irish Society,  has remained steadfast since our inception: to extend a helping hand to local organizations within our vibrant community. With a deep-rooted commitment to both the Irish community and local charities, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us.
Our latest fundraising endeavor reflects this dedication as we embark on a project to donate the cost of a Neo Natal Care unit in the new Soulanges Hospital. By prioritizing the health and well-being of newborns and their families, we aim to embody the spirit of compassion and support that defines our society

Hudson Legion

Hudson Legion on Behalf of Royal Canadian Navy Reserve Marching Band
Annually, your SIS donates $500 to the Hudson Legion on behalf of the Royal Canadian Navy Marching Band, our President Jay de la Durantaye is championing this cause.

Vaudreuil- Soulanges Palliative Care Residence

Your SIS supports the Vaudreuil- Soulanges Palliative Care Residence Annually with a Financial donation in collaboration with its members, our VP Eileen McAleese is championing this cause.

PEARSON EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION

The SIS is very proud to be supporting our local Lester B Pearson Educational Foundation. VP Lea Durocher is championing this cause.

Vaudreuil-Soulanges Food Banks

The SIS is very proud to support two of our local Food Banks, Le Cafe de la Debrouille in Rigaud and Dorion Dream Center in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Our SIS Team rallies these causes.

John Abbott Police Tech 

At every annual St Patrick's Parade, your SIS donates a Scholastic Bursary to a John Abbott Police Technology Student under the name of Doug Hurley. Our VP Ken Bell is championing this cause.
